1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Pls contact us first on our website and let us know your order number. then we will provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualify for a Exchange.
Note: Please ship the package back through USPS, which is more affordable shipping fee and will not have custom problem, as that can greatly expedite the process.
2. WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?
Exchange only within 7 days and only if an error of sending out wrong product could only be considered for exchange.

Due to Covid-19, Our International shipping partner is experiencing massive delays for our international shipments.
International shipments from the United States Of America are usually estimated to arrive within 10-14 days, however, due to the current situation they are advising of a minimum additional 2-week delay.
